Subscription Terms and Conditions – AskSheldon

By subscribing to premium features on AskSheldon, you agree to the following terms:

  1. Subscription Cancellation
    You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account settings. Cancellation will prevent future billing but will not affect the current billing cycle.

  2. Refund Policy for Monthly Plans
    Month-to-month subscriptions are non-refundable once the monthly charge has been processed. No partial refunds will be issued for unused days within the billing period.

  3. Refund Policy for Quarterly and Annual Plans
    If you cancel a quarterly or annual plan, a prorated refund will be issued based on the unused portion of your subscription. Refunds will be calculated after deducting applicable Stripe transaction fees.
